Salesby Halo Group

One inbox, one prospect list, one sending day.

Sales is the outreach workspace your team shares: campaigns that keep to daily limits, replies that stop them.

How a message travels

A send is a sequence, not a button. These four steps run in this order, every day.

  1. Connect a mailbox

Each person connects their own mailbox on the provider consent screen. Sales never sees a Google or Microsoft password, and access can be revoked at the provider at any time.

  2. Warm up

A new mailbox starts with a low daily limit and ramps up over the first weeks, so the provider sees a normal sender instead of a burst.

  3. Send within limits

The scheduler spreads sends across the day and stops each mailbox at its limit. Recorded opt-outs are never contacted again, in any campaign.

  4. Reply ends the sequence

A reply lands in the shared inbox and cancels the pending follow-ups. A star on the thread creates a deal in the pipeline.

What Sales does

Shared inbox
Correspondence from every mailbox the team connects, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or IMAP, read and answered in one place.
Prospects and companies
One database of business contacts with address verification, tags, lists and a recoverable trash. Every prospect belongs to a company.
Campaign sequences
A message, a pause, a follow-up in the same thread, a branch on the reply and a goal step that marks a prospect as interested.
Pipeline and agenda
Deals on a board and follow-ups with dates. Work is shared by the team and attributed to whoever did it.

Rules that stay on

Daily limit per mailbox
Set per mailbox and enforced by the scheduler. The mailbox list shows what was sent today against the limit.
Suppression list
Every recorded opt-out, bounce and manual block goes on one list that all campaigns honour.
Reply stops the sequence
A reply cancels the pending follow-ups. Nobody gets a reminder after they have answered.
Recoverable trash
Deleted prospects, companies and deals go to a trash you can restore from. Nothing disappears by accident.
Append-only audit log
Every sensitive action is recorded with who did it and when, and the record cannot be edited afterwards.
Two-factor sign-in
Password accounts protect themselves with a one-time code. Google sign-in asks only for name and e-mail address.

Access, data and hosting

What happens to your data is written down in the Privacy Policy; the short version is below.

Organisations and teams
Access is granted per organisation. Teams inside it share the inbox, prospects, campaigns and pipeline.
Isolation and encryption
Each organisation is separated at the database level. Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest.
Hosting in the European Union
The application and its database run on servers in Germany and Finland. Data is never sold.
Built by Halo Group
Sales was built to run our own business-to-business outreach. It is offered to other companies by arrangement.
